Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Note: Shipping delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or courier service issues. We appreciate your patience.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions once the security seal is broken or the product has been worn.

Returns are only accepted if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The hair has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

  • The original packaging and hygiene seal are intact.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email us at info.envytauranga@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info.envytauranga@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
